'Introduction to Judo' - Junior & Senior
These sessions are to introduce and prepare players for their judo journey. You will be introduced to the basics of judo and be taught how to manage yourselves on the mats.
The September booking is for each Thursday (4th, 11th, 18th and 25th) and players must attend all FOUR sessions. If you would like to continue your journey following the 'Introduction to Judo' sessions, you can then attend Monday and/or Friday sessions for Junior & Senior players from October onwards.
Please be aware of the following expectations:
1. You will need to complete the Registration Form (Medical Form) under the Documents tab.
2. You will need to book your 'Introduction to Judo' sessions and follow the payment instructions. Only card payments are accepted online or in the club. The instructions for online payments are given via the online booking system.
3. You will need to wear joggers and a tshirt for the sessions. Judo jackets can be borrowed in club.
